Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction Welcome to AHA Commerce "we," "us," or "our") services. We are committed to providing the best shopping experience for our end customers. As an e-commerce operator, this Return and Refund Policy explains the procedures and conditions that apply if you encounter problems with your order.

By making a purchase through our store, you agree to the return conditions in accordance with this Policy.

2. Quality Commitment Every product that leaves our warehouse has undergone strictquality control checks. However, if there is any damage or discrepancy in the product you receive, you have the right to request a return through the e-commerce platform where the purchase was made.

3. Complaint Submission Requirements To ensure that the complaint submission process runs smoothly and can be followed up immediately, you are required to meet the following requirements:

  • Unboxing Video: You must include a clear, complete unboxing video without any pauses orediting as authentic proof of receipt of the goods.

  • Original Condition of Product: Returned products must be in their original condition. This includes tags or brand labels that are still attached in place, as well as undamaged product packaging.

  • Submission Deadline: Reports regarding product damage or non-conformity must be submitted within a maximum of 15 days from the date your order status is recorded as received by you.

4. Approved Return Categories We provide return and full refund services for your orders in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing Defect: There is a manufacturing defect in the product received.

  • Shipping Error: An error occurred in the delivery of the product variant, such as a discrepancy between the size or color delivered and what was ordered.

  • Incomplete Order: The number of products received is less than or incomplete due to negligence on the part of our fulfillment team.

5.Refund Process To ensure the security and transparency of your transactions, allrefunds will be processed automatically through the e-commerce platform you used when making the transaction (such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, or TikTok Shop). We adhere to the refund policies of each of these platforms.

6. Logistics and Return Guidelines Our Customer Service team is ready to guide you through all stages of the return process. We will assist with the logistics until the returned items are legally received back at our central warehouse. Once the items are received and verified, we will immediately process the product replacement or continue with your refund.
